Programmes and what they include

Five ways to buy the same method: a dated twelve-week block, a baseline, a week-six re-test, and a sheet you can read without us. The difference is how much of the week happens in this room.

Format

One-to-one coaching block

This is the default when technique has to be corrected in the room, when loads change week to week, or when the starting picture includes a long layoff, postnatal return with clearance, or a joint that needs a smaller menu of lifts. You work with a coach for 55 minutes, two or three times a week. The outline is yours. If week six shows a stall, the remaining weeks are rewritten around your log, not around a shared group line.

Sessions are booked. The rack is assigned. Warm-up, main work and the log all happen inside the hour, which is why we do not run 90-minute conversations that steal the last set. You still complete the same assessment, the same six checkpoints, and the same exit review as every other format.

  • 75-minute assessment, credited against the block fee.
  • Written twelve-week outline and a PDF of every test.
  • Two or three supervised 55-minute sessions each week.
  • Week-six re-test and a rebuilt second half if needed.
  • Session log and technique notes you keep after the block ends.

Best for new lifters, postnatal or post-injury return with medical clearance, and anyone who needs load changed in the moment.

Frequency 2–3 sessions a week, booked.

From S$2,880 per block of 12 weeks

Format

Pair coaching

Two people with similar aims share the hour. The progression is common so the session has one clock. Loads, stance, and regressions stay individual. This only works when both diaries can hold the same slots for twelve weeks. It is a poor fit if one person is returning from a clinician’s clearance and the other is chasing a hike, because the tests will pull in different directions.

Each person still has a baseline sheet. Re-tests are run for both. If one person’s numbers stall at week six, we can split the accessory work without breaking the shared main lift. If the gap becomes too wide, we will say so and recommend one-to-one for the next block rather than force a mismatched pair.

  • Two assessments, or one shared visit if you already train together and we can still test separately.
  • A shared outline with two load columns.
  • Two supervised sessions a week for twelve weeks.
  • Two week-six re-tests and two written records.
  • Session log that both of you can take away.

Best for two colleagues or a couple who can keep the same diary and a similar starting picture.

Frequency 2 sessions a week.

From S$1,680 per person per block of 12 weeks

Format

Small group strength (max 4)

A fixed timetable and one programme line. You still have your own baseline table and your own loads. The room is capped at four so that the same lift can be loaded at the same time without a queue for the rack. This is how we keep the fee lower without turning the hour into a crowded class.

The line of work is written for general strength: squat or sit-to-stand, hinge, push, pull, carry. Individual injuries with clearance are accommodated by substitution, not by inventing a second class in the same hour. If your aims need a fully private menu, one-to-one is the honest format.

  • Assessment and an individual load column on the group sheet.
  • Two standing weekly slots for twelve weeks.
  • Week-six re-test on the same battery as one-to-one.
  • Attendance log and the group outline in PDF.
  • Exit review of your numbers, not of the group average.

Best for people who want a standing appointment, a lower fee, and who can live with a shared programme line.

Frequency 2 sessions a week at set times.

From S$1,080 per block of 12 weeks

Remote programming with monthly check-in

A written plan for the gym you already use, or for a hotel gym with a barbell and a bench. You film a short set of lifts once a month and we review the numbers on a call. Re-tests follow the same protocol as the studio, with equipment substitutions written in advance (a farmer hold becomes a suitcase hold if that is what you have).

This format suits shift workers, people who live far from Kallang Bahru, and blocks that already include travel. It does not suit a complete beginner who has never been taught a hinge. In that case we ask for at least a one-to-one block first, or an assessment plus a short run of in-room sessions, before the plan goes remote.

  • Assessment in the studio, or a structured remote screen if you cannot attend.
  • A twelve-week PDF updated after the monthly call.
  • One monthly check-in on video, 30 minutes.
  • Remote week-six and week-twelve test protocols.
  • Email notes on technique between check-ins, not live coaching in your gym.

Best for people with a usable gym elsewhere, and weeks that already include flights.

Frequency 2–4 self-run sessions a week.

From S$840 per block of 12 weeks

Format

Assessment only

The 75-minute diagnostic and a written outline, with no obligation to train here. You complete the movement screen, the five baseline tests, girths, and a schedule audit. You leave with a PDF that another coach, or you, can follow. The fee is S$120. If you start a block within 30 days, that fee is credited in full.

This is the honest product if you already pay for a gym near home and want a dated plan rather than another unused membership. It is also the right first step if you are unsure whether our twelve-week structure fits your diary. We still apply the same medical rule: we coach exercise, we do not diagnose or treat, and clients with medical conditions train with clearance from their doctor.

  • Movement screen and five strength tests.
  • Body composition and circumference record.
  • Training history and schedule audit.
  • A written twelve-week outline, issued the same day.
  • Credit of S$120 if you take a block within 30 days.

Best for people who want the numbers and a plan, without a coaching retainer.

Frequency one visit.

From S$120 per assessment

The hour

What a session looks like

A coaching session is 55 minutes. The clock is the same in one-to-one, pair and small-group formats. Remote sessions follow the same shape in your own gym.

MinutesWhat happensWhy it is there
0–8Check-in: sleep, last-session RPE, today’s written planLoad is set from the log, not from mood in the doorway.
8–18Warm-up and movement prep for the day’s patternsRange is confirmed before a working set is loaded.
18–42Main lifts or primary testsThis is where the week’s progression lives.
42–52Accessory work or a short conditioning slotKept short so the main lifts are not rushed.
52–55Numbers into the log, note for the next sessionThe sheet is updated while the session is still in memory.
Coaching discussion at the table
The first eight minutes sit at the table with the sheet, then the work moves to the floor.
Small group conditioning layout
Accessory conditioning stays on a written slot so the main lifts keep their minutes.

Boundaries

What we do not do

  • No crash diets. A twelve-week block that destroys recovery is a failed block. We will not write aggressive deficits, and we do not treat weight as a medical outcome. Composition work sits inside a held scale-weight band where that is the brief.
  • No supplement sales. There is no shop. If you already use a product your doctor is happy with, note it on the assessment sheet. We will not add a list of powders to your invoice.
  • No physiotherapy. We coach exercise. We do not diagnose or treat. Clients with medical conditions train with clearance from their doctor. Pain that changes during a block is a reason to stop the pattern and speak to a clinician.
  • No online challenge groups. There is no private social feed, no 30-day leaderboard, and no public before-and-after gallery. Your numbers stay on your sheet.

Fees

Pricing logic

You pay for a block, not for a turnstile. The fee covers the assessment credit (except when you buy assessment only), the written plan, the supervised hours or the remote check-ins, the week-six re-test, and the exit sheet. We price this way because a missed week still occupies a reserved slot, and because the analysis at week six is part of the product.

Sessions can be moved if you give us 24 hours’ notice and if another slot exists inside the block. Cancellations inside 24 hours are marked as taken. We do not roll unused hours into a future block except where we cancelled on our side, or where a doctor has halted training. In that case remaining sessions can be frozen for up to four weeks and resumed after a short re-test.

A second block is a new purchase. There is no automatic renewal. If you want to continue, we use the week-twelve table as the new week 0 and write a fresh outline.

Next step

Start with the assessment

Send a request and we will answer within one working day with two or three slots. You leave the visit with numbers and a written outline. The S$120 fee is credited if you take a block within 30 days.
