Privacy notice
This notice explains how Fitnessjourneysg handles personal data sent through the website. It is written for visitors in Singapore and refers to the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) in general terms. Last updated: 2026.
1. Who we are and how to contact us
Fitnessjourneysg is a personal coaching studio operating from 50 Kallang Bahru, #03-08, Singapore 339505. For privacy requests, write to [email protected] or telephone +65 6904 7318. We opened in 2026. This website is hosted in Singapore.
2. What data we collect through the form
The enquiry form asks for your name, e-mail address, an optional telephone number, a stated training aim, a note on availability, and a message. A consent tick is required. A hidden timing field and an unused “website” field are present only to reduce automated abuse. We do not ask for identity numbers, medical record numbers, or payment card details on this site.
The contact form does not store submissions in a database; it is used to prepare a reply. If a submission is valid, we read it in order to answer you. Invalid submissions are rejected and are not kept.
3. Why we collect it
We use the details solely to reply to your enquiry, to offer two or three assessment slots, and to keep a short working note of that correspondence until the enquiry is closed. We do not use the form to send newsletters, and we do not build a marketing list from it.
4. Basis for using the data
We rely on your consent, given by the tick box on the form, and on the need to respond to a request you have made. You may refuse consent; in that case we cannot use the form to reply. You may withdraw consent by writing to the address above. Withdrawal does not affect a reply we have already sent.
Under Singapore’s PDPA, organisations are expected to collect, use and disclose personal data for purposes that a reasonable person would consider appropriate, and to allow individuals to access and correct that data. We treat an enquiry as such a purpose, limited to answering you about coaching at this studio.
5. How long we keep it
Unconverted enquiries — messages that do not lead to an assessment or a block — are kept for up to 12 months so that we can resume a conversation if you write again, then deleted from our working mailbox. If you become a coaching client, training records are a separate artefact issued to you as files; those are handled under the agreement for the block, not under this web form.
6. Who we pass data to
We do not sell or rent enquiry details. We do not pass them to advertisers. The website is hosted by a hosting provider in Singapore that processes traffic in order to serve the pages. Google Fonts and Google Maps are loaded from Google’s services when you view the site; those services may process technical data as described in the cookie notice. We do not run analytics or advertising pixels on this site.
7. Your rights
You may ask what enquiry data we still hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request to [email protected] from the address you used on the form, or include enough detail for us to find the thread. We will respond within a reasonable period. Because the form itself does not write to a database, a deletion request applies to the working copy of the correspondence.
8. Updates to this notice
If we change how the form works, we will update this page and the date line at the top. Continued use of the form after an update is a fresh consent to the revised notice. The only year referenced on this site is 2026, which is the year the studio opened and the year of this notice.
